We are committed to our entrepreneurs’ success and offer holistic business and leadership training programs, tailored portfolio management and support services, including financial grants. Additionally, we provide access to global industry and financial experts across five key sectors: Climate-Smart Agriculture, Energy Efficiency, Solar Power, Water Management, and Domestic Waste Management.
The application process involves five stages, with qualifying entrepreneurs progressing through each stage until the final cohort is accepted and inducted.
(1) Expression of Interest
Assessing alignment between the entrepreneur’s venture and GCIC’s focus areas.
(2) Detailed Application
Entrepreneurs complete a form for evaluating business viability, potential impact, and team.
(3) Forum
An open dialogue with GCIC’s team to establish expectations and align objectives.
(4) Presentation
Entrepreneurs showcase their business readiness in a live presentation to a panel.
(5) Due Diligence
A visit to validate information provided.
Minimum Requirements
Businesses outside the 5 sectors but with an interest in greening their operations may also apply.
Women-led businesses and businesses focused on water management & purification, especially those providing solutions to the water pollution menace of galamsey in Ghana, are particularly encouraged to apply.
